As the weather starts to warm up and we creep closer to Summer, it’s integral to be prepared.

Air conditioners may already be in use by tenants wishing to combat Wagga Wagga’s warming temperatures. As the days heat up, the air conditioner maintenance teams are in high demand so we recommend all tenanted properties have an annual service at the start of the season to prevent unnecessary wear and tear from incorrect functioning. This alleviates the costs of major repairs experienced when things go unchecked as well as unhappy and uncomfortable tenants!
