SOLD IN ONE DAY: 25 Connorton Street, Uranquinty. After 12 months with another Agent – “Michelle is a saint. Michelle took charge she went above and beyond, worked with our tenant and liaised with us outside work hours. She has taken care of everything, reassured us, explained processes, taken time to help us handle things we just physically could not due to being so far away. And She SOLD our house. We cannot explain how much she has helped us, and i understand we are just one seller but im sure that every case with her is the same, she is ambitious has a tremendous drive with a can do attitude. Michelle understood the implication of not selling… walked with us at every step. Yesterday we Settled the Sale of our house, the weight that has been lifted off us is huge, the effort, strategy and commitment Michelle put into this sale is immeasurable, we are so truly grateful to Michelle and the team at PRD, without your team who knows where we would be. We can not express the thankfulness for what your team has done for us, lead by such an amazing woman. I cannot thank you all enough and especially Michelle.”
Michelle moved from Sydney to Wagga Wagga because she considers the area much more family friendly and with children in local schools and day care, she very much identifies with the family demographic. Michelle has also been involved with various charities for many years. Rotary, NSW Wheelchair Sport Association, Starlight Foundation, The Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation and the Sydney Children’s Hospital to name a few.
Michelle has an interest in interior design and decoration and this influenced her decision to make a career change to real estate in her mid 30s. After working in Real Estate in Sydney for a year, she made the move to Wagga and thoroughly researched the industry locally before accepting a role with PRDnationwide.
“PRD has the best people, systems, processes and procedures in place out of all the competition. I am a very loyal and hardworking individual and want to represent a company that holds the same values and principles.”
