G’Day, Luke Gerhardy from PRDnationwide in Wagga and welcome to this week’s episode of Street Talk.
This week we’re in picturesque Coleman Street.
Coleman Street in Turvey Park was named after George Coleman who was a solicitor, Alderman and Mayor of Wagga Wagga. He was first elected to council on 5th February 1889 and served for almost nine years. Coleman Street was once on the edge of town where Wagga High stood as the last building.
The highest sale price recorded was $1,220,000 with the average being $303,000.
Under construction currently we have six four bedroom homes, all finished to the highest of standards with features such as stone benches, plantation shutters and high ornate ceilings.
Well ladies and gentlemen, I hope you enjoyed this week’s episode of Street Talk. If you’d like to leave a recommendation of the street to do next, please put a comment below.
