Simon’s accomplishments are borne out of a broad knowledge of the local community and a strong rapport with the people who live in it.
His success as managing director is testament to the emphasis he places on the calibre of his staff and their commitment to customer service and technical excellence.

Having kicked off his career in real estate back in 1989, Simon completed the Real Estate Stock and Station and Auctioneer’s course at the University of Western Sydney’s Hawkesbury campus before his appointment as a Property Manager with Wagga’s Nationwide Realty McGilvray.
After just three years he transferred to Junee to open an agency in the town as Licensee in Charge.
Simon handled rural, residential and commercial sales and also worked closely with the local shire council and property developers to bring large rural sub-divisions to fruition.
After eight years in real estate Simon moved back to Wagga and accepted a position as Advertising Account Executive with WIN Television.
His four years in media and promotion aligned well with a move back into real estate. This was undertaken in 2001 as a partner of Nationwide Realty McGilvray – sole ownership followed in September 2005.
Progression has not just seen Nationwide Realty morph into PRD, but under Simon’s guidance, what was once a small Wagga Wagga office has grown to a staff of more than 25 real estate professionals.
